Fee for Service

All of our service offerings are free to use our Fee-for-Service agreements. However, depending on our client's objectives, we may recommend another option that might serve them better to obtain their chosen objectives particularly our recovery projects and facility closing services.  Fee for Service is the simplest to track cost and progress. These agreements are negotiated and formally agreed to prior to starting the project. Every aspect of the project is negotiable however, most clients find our boilerplate agreements are sufficient.  

Quoted Price

Not all service offerings are eligible for a quoted price nor do we feel they are appropriate for specific  recovery projects. Recover project fall into a wide array of unique conditions, parameters with special objectives. Asset tracking and tagging, some facility closings and storage and handling agreements are ideal for a  quoted price agreement.

Comprehensive Shared Recovery Agreement

Our shared agreement is a creative win win program setting a process the aims at win win for all stakeholders in the project. Although some projects are not qualified to use these programs they generally net better overall results through the efficiencies generated throughout the project.
